Chew it over
One of the best ways to get more nutrition from what you eat is to take more time over it. Chew each mouthful more slowly, and for longer. Keep your mind on your mouthful and savour the flavour instead of rushing through your meal thinking about other things. You’ll find yourself eating less because your body's "satisfied" signals have time to reach your brain before you've put too much food into your system. This helps with your weight loss programme - and positively encourages you to enjoy your food!
